Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs or an exchange. A restocking fee may apply and you are responsible for shipping Mike's Hog Dog Supply the returned product. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. If you order custom made items, they are non-returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank or PayPal to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Items shipped in the USA have insurance included with the shipping cost. International Customers if you would like your package insured you need to let us know via email that you need to purchase insurance & we'll give you a quote if possible. Some countries do not offer insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that ship internationally.
